Dr. Paul W. Smith, OD

Dr. Smith has been in the Merced area practicing since 2001. Dr. Smith has an ongoing commitment to his patients, his friends, to provide a lifetime of quality care for the health and comfort of their eyes, help them see there personal best, and ensure that they look fabulous in their eyewear.

Dr. Smith has been apart of the American Optometric Association and the California Optometric Association since 1990. Dr. Smith is alsoaprt of the Contact Lens section of the American Optometric Association.

Community and Volunteer Activities- Center of Vision Enhancement Board (Blind/Partially-sighted non-profit), Merced County Father of the Year Board Member, Served a two-year church mission to Venezuela, Church Leadership, Youth Leader, Food Closet Volunteer, Boy Scouts of America Leader, little league coach, Manager Men's Softball.

Lesley-Quality Control Coordinator

Lesley has been with our staff since April of 2007. Lesley is in charge of all of the pre-testing before you see Dr. Smith. She is very thorough and is excellent at answering any questions you may have about pre-testing or the office in general. Lesley works with Dr. Smith to ensure that all of your vision needs are met while you are visiting out office.

Tiffany-Front office Coordinator

Tiffany has been with our staff since July of 2008. She is usually the first voice you hear when you call our office to make an appointment or if you have any questions. Tiffany is in charge of checking patients in and out and making sure all of your information is ready for Dr. Smith. If you ever have any questions about your appointment or vision coverage she is the one to help you with all of your questions.

Danielle- Frame and Lens Specialist

Danielle has been with our staff since September of 2007. Danielle is in charge of helping our patients choose the frame that best fits them style wise and comfort wise. She is an expert in her area and always ensures the quality of our frames. Danielle works closley with our frame representatives to make sure we have the newest top of the line styles for our patients. She also checks in all of the glasses to ensure that the RX is correct in the lenses before we dispense them to our patients.

Saman-Payment Coordinator

Saman has been with our staff since September of 2007. Saman is in charge of all of our medical insurance billing. She is excellent at making sure your medical insurance is used to its fullest advantage. Saman is the perfect person to ask about your medical insurance billing if there are any concerns or questions.
